Cleveland Park Smart Growth is pleased to endorse Adam Prinzo for ANC 3C02.
District 3C02 is in the heart of Woodley Park centered on the Wardman Hotel site and the adjacent residential buildings and Oyster-Adams School. Prinzo is excited about the redevelopment of the Wardman property but will focus on improving communication between the property owner and the community. He supports protect bike lanes on Connecticut Ave and creating a network of protected bike lanes throughout the area. He supports the redevelopment of the commercial area in Woodley Park and will work to help revitalize the area.
