CPSG is pleased to endorses Roric McCorristin for ANC 3C04.
District 3C04 includes the many residential buildings between Tilden and Quebec Street as well as Tilden Gardens, where McCorristin lives. McCorristin says his focus will be on improved pedestrian safety. Being a new dad has added an unexpected perspective, “Pushing a stroller around the neighborhood has made us suddenly aware of every inaccessible sidewalk and dangerous crosswalk in the neighborhood. I want to address these unnecessary risks to protect all of us.” McCorrisitn supports increased density focused on diversity and inclusion and supports protected bike lanes on Connecticut Ave as part of a greater emphasis on safety.
