The only competitive ANC race in the greater Cleveland Park area is in eastern Woodley Park, in single member district 3C01. Eleven-year incumbent, Lee Brian Reba, is being challenged by newcomer John Grill. Grill is director of HR Data Analytics at the US Department of Health and Human Services, and progressive activist.
Below are Grill’s remarks at last night’s forum to a question from CP Smart Growth’s Bob Ward on supporting a density increase for the Cleveland Park commercial area in the city’s comprehensive plan, from “Low” to “Moderate” density.
